AI R&D, Infrastructure, and Governance Solutions

Research, design, and deployment of AI infrastructure: agent coordination patterns, security and supply-chain primitives, and the evaluation methods that keep both in scope. Open-source by default, and available as bespoke R&D for partners building their own AI.

Process Design and Industrial Engineering

Operator-side engineering on existing physical systems — grid, fleet, factory, and process — with the goal of using less, wasting less, and breaking less.

Climate & Energy Modeling, Risk Management, and Historical Analysis

Data science and engineering for ecosystem, microclimate, and energy-system modeling — both forward-looking (siting, design, underwriting) and retrospective (insurance claims, litigation, regulatory review). We work in both directions: helping operators reduce footprint, and helping parties whose claim is that someone else's footprint caused harm.
